We developed a complete ADU permit drawing package for a residential conversion project in Belleville, Ontario. The scope involved extensive drafting to document the proposed structure, with key focus areas including detailed BIM modeling for optimal coordination and clash detection between structural and mechanical elements, like the Proposed HVAC drawings. Our deliverables provided a complete set of construction blueprints, encompassing demolition and new floor plans, detailed elevations, sections, and precise framing layouts, resulting in an approval-ready and fully integrated design for the contractor.
