We meticulously review your submission and provide a comprehensive, fixed-price quote and a realistic project timeline, typically within 48 hours.
Upon your approval of the quote, we formalize the agreement. A down payment is required to secure your spot and initiate the drafting work.
Our expert team begins production. Depending on the project complexity, we deliver the first complete set of drawings or the preliminary BIM model for your review.
You review the delivered materials and provide your necessary markups, comments, and revisions. We then implement these changes and provide the updated files back to you. We repeat this cycle until you are completely satisfied with the technical accuracy and compliance.
Before final submission, all documents undergo a stringent internal QC check by a senior drafter to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to your standards and local codes.
Once the drawings/model have passed our QC and received your final verbal/written approval (pending release), we invoice you for the final installment.
Upon receipt of the final payment, we immediately release and securely deliver the complete, high-resolution drawing package PDFs OR the final BIM model in the agreed-upon format.
We securely archive your project files for future reference and are available for follow-up support or minor revisions as needed for a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
