We delivered comprehensive drafting and BIM modeling services for a complex Duplex Conversion project in Trenton, Ontario, Canada. Our scope included producing the complete architectural drawing set, such as detailed floor plans, sections, and elevations, specifically tailored for municipal code compliance. To realize the new layout, we also provided the necessary proposed structural drafting for modifications to existing load-bearing walls. Furthermore, we integrated the HVAC system drawings—detailing the proposed system modifications—and utilized BIM coordination across all three disciplines to ensure the highest dimensional accuracy and deliver a single, clash-free construction blueprint.
