This new-build cabin in Marysville, Ontario, served as a featured showcase of our end-to-end BIM coordination and full construction drawing production capabilities. Working closely with the client, we translated their architectural vision into a detailed BIM model, subsequently integrating structural elements designed by the project engineer. We managed the complex task of incorporating the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system designs—as provided by the consulting engineers—into the primary model, meticulously ensuring all components were accurately placed and coordinated for maximum constructability.

Our expertise delivered a clash-free permit and construction package, significantly mitigating the risk of expensive site rework and delays. Beyond the traditional full permit package—including Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings (plans, sections, 3D views)—we empowered the client with a superior experience by leveraging real-time 3D visualization. Using tools like Enscape, we facilitated virtual walkthroughs of their future home, offering an unparalleled level of confidence and collaborative refinement before construction ever began.
