For our second Domino’s franchise project, we provided the specialized façade design drafting and technical specifications for an existing commercial building in the heart of Prince Edward County, Ontario. This project required a high degree of precision and sensitivity, as the building was subject to stringent local heritage by-laws. Our role was to translate the brand’s requirements into a technical package that meticulously followed heritage preservation guidelines. Through detailed architectural drafting and consistent coordination, we produced the documentation necessary to secure a successful heritage permit committee approval, balancing modern commercial needs with historical architectural integrity.
