We successfully executed the full permit drawing package for a comprehensive Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) conversion project located in Quinte West, Ontario. Our approach utilized advanced BIM modeling for robust clash detection and coordination, ensuring the seamless integration of all new structural and architectural elements within the existing building envelope. The final deliverables included highly detailed floor plans—clearly illustrating demolition and proposed work—alongside meticulously drafted elevation views, cross sections, and precise framing plans, resulting in a fully coordinated and approval-ready set of construction documents.
